Ethiopian cuisine is all about time; meaning, the taste comes from the slow method of cooking. Most Ethiopian dishes are fresh meats and vegetables cooked into a stew for hours and piled on freshly-baked sourdough flatbread called injera. If the flavour isn’t enough of an experience, the custom of eating without utensils will round off your exotic meal nicely; you’ll fit right in tearing off a piece of injera,

In addition to Ethiopian food we also have the Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony which is different way of making and drinking coffee. We can make the Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony in your premises or in the restaurant.   Furthermore we have imported Ethiopian beer and wine which can be delivered or pick up with catering order.

About Us: Made In Africa was established in 2007 initially to serve as bridge between African producers, crafts people and small business to facilitate market in Australia.  Gradually Made In Africa moved in to Ethiopian cuisine and coffee serving delicious food and Ethiopian coffee to the wider Brisbane region.
